Lean Management April Regular Meeting

On May 18, 2021, the April regular meeting of Benli Technology Lean Management was held in the activity room on the second floor of the company's comprehensive building. The company's middle and high-level management cadres and all members of the lean project participated in the meeting.

Content of meeting

Under the promotion of the company's senior management and the guidance of the Lean Office, all departments worked together to successfully carry out five lean improvement projects in April, and achieved significant results. At the beginning of the meeting, the lean management instructor summarized the results of the lean project in April.

Next, the person in charge of each topic wonderfully reported and displayed the progress and results of the topic, and put forward the topic plan for May.

It seems that an inconspicuous adjustment or change will bring unexpected surprises. During the meeting, the April Lean Project ** team and ** individuals were commended. Look how proud they are!

At the meeting, Deputy General Manager Sun Yong also shared with everyone his personal experience and insights from learning and growing from Huawei.

Finally, the chairman of the company, Mr. Wu Zhengjie, made a wonderful comment and put forward new requirements, hoping that all departments will continue to work hard to continue and deepen the lean management work.
